Appointment Cancellation Policy

We love our clients, and we try our best to accommodate busy schedules when making appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice so that we may fill that spot with someone on our wait list. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be billed for the entirety of your scheduled services.

Service Guarantee

We will always do our best to give you exactly what you ask for, but we know that sometimes, when you get back home, you may see something about your hair that you would do a little differently. We want you to be happy and feel beautiful, so we always offer a 7-day adjustment. If you are not happy with your hair within one week of your appointment, please give us a chance to make it right.

Product Guarantee

We choose the best in salon products, and we want you to love them just as much as we do. Which is why we offer a guarantee on any salon product purchased in our salon. If you get home, try it, and don't love it, please bring the mostly-full product back for a full refund.
